Tielemans Nominated For Premier League Goal Of The Month Award

- Youri Tielemans has been shortlisted for Premier League award
- The Leicester City midfielder netted in the Foxes’ 4-0 away win against Wolves

Tielemans – who has scored two goals in all competitions so far this season – has been nominated for his strike in City’s 4-0 win against Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux on 23 October.

Notching the first goal of the match, the 25-year-old fired the ball into the top corner of the net from outside the box to give Leicester the lead in the West Midlands before his team added three more goals to complete the victory.

Tielemans faces competition from Arsenal's Thomas Partey, Newcastle United's Miguel Almirón, Chelsea's Conor Gallagher, Manchester United's Antony, Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne and Everton's Dwight McNeil.

Voting opens at 1pm on Thursday 3 November, with winner announced on Friday 11 November at 1pm.
