Leicester Represented In ePL Grand Finals

Leicester City competed alongside all other top-flight clubs in the fifth edition of the ePremier League finals at the weekend.

- Cory Wickwar and Nathan Bampoe-Parry represented the club at the ePremier League finals
- Leeds United took the honours as ePremier League Champions 
- Leicester City's duo were knocked out in the group stage of the competition

- The gamers had reached the finals by being victorious at the Club’s play-off heats 
- Nathan competed on Xbox while Cory took take part in the PlayStation finals 

The UK’s best EA SPORTS™ FIFA 23 players represented their respective Premier League clubs at Here East in London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park across Saturday and Sunday to win a share of the £100,000 prize pot.

Two players from each club were competing for the honour of becoming ePremier League champion, battling it out with some of the world’s best players to win the title, which was claimed by Leeds United, who were crowned champions after overcoming Tottenham Hotspur in the final. 

Leicester's pair of Cory Wickwar and Nathan Bampoe-Parry - who won the Club's play-off heats to reach this stage - were defeated in Saturday's group stage. Nathan competed on Xbox while Cory took take part in the PlayStation finals.

Paired in Group D alongside eventual finalists Spurs, AFC Bournemouth, Everton and group winners Nottingham Forest, the other four teams were all separated by a single point going into the final round of fixtures, but Tottenham's 2-0 win over the Foxes saw the London club progress into the last-eight as runners-up.
