Lewis Brunt featured in three league victories for Mansfield Town, following on from scoring against Harrogate Town last month. Playing the opening half of a 2-1 success over Walsall, Salford City were then seen off by the same scoreline.
The defender featured across the 90 minutes, as he did in the 2-0 win at home to Newport County ahead of the international break. The Stags are flying high near the top of Sky Bet League 2, currently second, remaining unbeaten this term and sitting six points behind leaders Stockport County with a game in hand.
There were three cup defeats in the middle of that winning streak, losing out in the Carabao Cup to Port Vale and Emirates FA Cup to Wrexham, with Brunt playing throughout both.

The Foxes Academy graduate came on as a substitute in the late defeat to Everton Under-21s in the Bristol Street Motors Trophy. Midfielder Boubakary Soumaré played 90 minutes in three successive La Liga draws for Sevilla - a 2-2 scoreline with Cádiz at the end of October, before also playing throughout 1-1 stalemates with Celta de Vigo and Real Betis.
The 20-year-old Dane has made nine Serie A appearances during his loan spell.
A substitute appearance for the Frenchman away to Arsenal in the UEFA Champions League, meanwhile, ended in a 2-0 defeat at Emirates Stadium.
Real Sociedad are up next for Rojiblancos on Sunday (3:15pm kick-off). Sitting 13th, on 12 points from 12 matches, a win could take Diego Alonso’s side into the top half of La Liga.

Zach Booth returned from injury to feature as a substitute in three successive Eredivisie games for FC Volendam. Playing the final 11 minutes of a 2-0 defeat to Ajax, the winger then came on during a 3-3 draw with NEC Nijmegen.
