The Foxes travel to Etihad Stadium on Saturday 13 May (12:30pm kick-off) having emerged with a 3-1 victory on their way to a first-ever Premier League title success during the 2015/16 season.
The Club have been handed a full allocation of 3,000 seats and Adult tickets will be priced at £30 while Over-65s £20/Under-22s will be charged £20. Under-16s tickets, meanwhile, are priced at £15.
Manchester City have also provided the Club with 12 pairs of wheelchair and ambulant spaces, priced at £20 plus a FREE companion. More details are listed below.

Supporters with disabilities:
We have been allocated 12 Pairs of Wheelchair Spaces. Both Wheelchair spaces and ambulant disabled are priced at £20 plus a FREE Companion and Under 16s pay the relevant ageband plus a FREE Companion.
Fox Travel coaches will depart King Power Stadium at 7:30am. Fox Travel prices will be priced at £18 per person.
N.B Any person under the age of 16 years old will not be permitted to travel on Fox Travel without someone aged 18 years or over.
Away Scheme Members:
Members of the Away Scheme will have payment debited from their selected credit/debit card on Friday 21 April.
Away Priority Scheme Members who wish to opt-out for this fixture should contact the City Sales Centre by emailing email@example.com by 6pm on Thursday 20 April with the subject header AWAY SCHEME – MAN CITY OPT-OUT.
Away Priority Scheme Members who are charged by cannot attend this fixture must return their tickets to the Club by 6pm on Thursday 4 May.
Supporters purchasing tickets for this fixture in the City Fanstore MUST bring their Season Card with them and any Season Card of those whom they are looking to purchase tickets for.
Please note that supporters who fail to bring the relevant Season Cards will not be sold ticket under any circumstances. Supporters purchasing tickets over the phone MUST be able to provide the full address details including postcode and also date of birth of those whom they are looking to purchase tickets for.
Supporters are also reminded that all tickets are non-transferable and must remain in the possession of the Season Ticket Holder.
