The Leicester City Under-18s fell to a 4-0 defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday afternoon in Seagrave.
The young Foxes saw their first defeat in the U18 Premier League South Division last weekend, when a rampant Brighton side took the points on a tough day at the office in the East Midlands.
Undefeated in the first four games, which ended with a 1-1 draw with West Ham United, City were sitting pretty in the league with eight points, but an early goal from the visitors through Ronnie Gorman stunned Leicester.
Shane Nti doubled the Seagulls' lead minutes prior to the break, before a brace from Joe Belmont in the second half put the game out of sight, as Leicester drop to fourth in the standings, three points behind Brighton, who are league leaders.
After two games at LCFC Training Ground, the Foxes are back on their travels when they face Leeds United on Saturday 5 October (12:30pm kick-off) at Thorp Arch Grange.
