Millwall Loan For Taylor-Fletcher

Leicester City forward Gary Taylor-Fletcher has joined Sky Bet Championship side Millwall on loan until the end of the season.
The 33-year-old will lend his considerable experience to the Lions’ cause as they battle to climb out of the Championship relegation zone – sitting just one point adrift of safety with 15 games remaining.

Playing time has been limited for Taylor-Fletcher with the Foxes with season, having appeared just twice, against Chelsea in the Barclays Premier League in August, followed by an appearance against Shrewsbury Town in the Capital One Cup.

He did enjoy a successful month-long loan spell at Championship side Sheffield Wednesday earlier this season, where he played four times and didn’t taste defeat.

Millwall boss Ian Holloway will have Taylor-Fletcher at his disposal for Saturday’s tie with relegation rivals Fulham at The Den, before another home clash against Sheffield Wednesday three days later.

Taylor-Fletcher joined City as a free agent at the start of the 2013/14 season, and helped the Foxes win the league title with 23 appearances and three goals. He signed a new one-year deal with the Club last summer.
