After his Man-Of-The-Match display against Sunderland at King Power Stadium on Saturday afternoon, Riyad Mahrez said he felt like he was ‘flying’.

After his Man-Of-The-Match display against Sunderland at King Power Stadium on Saturday afternoon, Riyad Mahrez said he felt like he was ‘flying’. 

The Algeria international was in red-hot form as the Foxes kicked off their Barclays Premier League campaign – grabbing a sensational brace. 

Jamie Vardy and Marc Albrighton also found the net in the victory, but it was Mahrez who grabbed the headlines with a dazzling performance that could have seen him score significantly more. 

, Mahrez was thrilled and once again paid tribute to the Leicester City supporters that make King Power Stadium such a special place to play his football.

I worked hard and I’m very happy for my team-mates and the Club. It didn’t come but I’m really happy anyway.
