Despite successive defeats to Aston Villa and leaders Chelsea, the young Foxes are still in the upper regions of the table after a brilliant start to the new campaign under Trevor Peake.

After just five minutes at the Club’s training ground on Saturday afternoon, young forward Connor Tee struck to give City an early advantage during what was ultimately another outstanding display.

The Gunners, who now sit fifth in PLU18 South, pushed for an equaliser for large periods but it was Leicester who found another opening with just nine minutes remaining.

Matthew Smith inadvertently turned the ball into his own net to send City on the way to their fifth league success of the new season.

Peake’s side next face Fulham at Motspur Park on Saturday 18 November (12pm kick-off).

City: Davies, Thandi, Ughelumba, Heaven, Thomas, Fielding (Edwards-John 64'), McLeod, Gill, Tee, Leshabela (c), Shade.
