Fireworks Display And Free Chocolate To Add To LCFC Chairman's Birthday Celebrations

Fireworks will light up the sky above King Power Stadium over the weekend as part of a special display for Leicester City supporters to mark the Chairman’s birthday.

- Leicester City Chairman Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha’s landmark birthday celebrations are continuing with the announcement of a pre-match fireworks display on Saturday
- It takes place before kick-off on Saturday afternoon when the Foxes host Newcastle United at King Power Stadium
- Free commemorative chocolate coins will also be provided for supporters as a thank you for their continued support
- Khun Vichai is also giving away free beer or water to all home supporters as well as free Season Ticket renewals for 2018/19 to 60 lucky supporters
- The Chairman also hosted a special Teddy Bear’s Picnic party at a local hospital for children with long-term illnesses on Tuesday

The spectacle will take place before kick-off on Saturday when Leicester City play host to Newcastle United in the Premier League.

Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha marked his birthday on Wednesday and is now inviting fans to share in the celebrations as a thank you for their continued support.

Commemorative chocolate coins engraved with a birthday message for him will also be given away to all home ticket holders before the game, available at two collection points which are listed below.

Chocolate coin collection points can be found at:

- Opposite the City Fanstore, next to the totem

- Brick weave outside the South Stand, near to Turnstiles 19 & 20

Strictly one chocolate coin per match ticket. Offer only valid on Saturday 7 April, 2018.

All complimentary items must be claimed by 2:50pm.

Free beer and water is being provided for supporters alongside the chocolate coin giveaway. A valid home match ticket is needed in order to obtain them.

The Chairman will also be giving away 60 free Season Tickets on the day for the 2018/19 season. The winners will be chosen at random – one from each stand will be announced at half-time and the remaining 56 winners will be contacted by a representative from the Football Club.

Khun Vichai’s birthday celebrations got underway on the eve of his actual birthday on Tuesday, when a ‘Teddy Bear’s Picnic’ style birthday party was held at Leicester Royal Infirmary. Children with long-term illnesses were invited along to enjoy free food and entertainment and were joined by a number of first team players, including Wilfred Ndidi, Kelechi Iheanacho and Kasper Schmeichel.

Caution:

Supporters who do not wish to be present or are averse to pyrotechnic displays are advised that it will commence at 2:54pm and last until 2:56pm.
