HR Advisor/Trainer

The Club is recruiting for a HR Advisor/Trainer to work at King Power Stadium.

About The Company

Established in 1884, Leicester City Football Club is a leading Football Club, achieving outstanding success as Premier League champions in 2016.

Following a period of growth, Leicester City Football Club is recruiting an experienced HR Advisor to provide people management advice and guidance to managers across the Club.

About The Role

Based at the King Power Stadium the key duties of this role include providing confidential people management advice and support to line managers.

Leading on employee relation cases, advising managers through the decision making process in line with club policy and employment legislation.

Managing the full cycle of all recruitment and selection across the Club with the support of the HR Administrator, including advising on creating job descriptions, adverts and liaising with external recruitment agencies.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be fully or part CPID qualified and will come from a strong HR Generalist background with a minimum of 12 months’ experience as an HR Advisor/Trainer.

They will have experience in recognising complex employee relation cases and will have up to date working knowledge of employment legislation. The desired candidate will have experience of creating and delivering training to employees at various levels.
