New Fanstore To Open With Family Launch Event Today!
- Leicester City Football Club’s new Fanstore to open with family launch event on Sunday 1 July
- Fans will have the chance to hear from Leicester City legends ahead of the 2018/19 season
- Free family activities to take place outside King Power Stadium include bungee trampolines and football darts
- The Foxes' new 2018/19 adidas home and away kits will be on sale
Supporters will have the chance to hear from former City players ahead of the 2018/19 season and take part in a host of free family football activities to start the countdown to the new campaign.
The brand-new store will officially open at 11am when there will then be an hour of browsing time before trading hours begin at 12pm, while fans will also have the chance to get a personalised image taken, in the photo pod, of themselves wearing the new 2018/19 adidas home and kits.
Leicester City legends will take part in a question and answer session on stage outside of the Fanstore.
Supporters will be able to watch City highlights on a giant screen as they hear the former Foxes stars’ thoughts on the upcoming 2018/19 season.
There will be a series of activities for the whole family to take part in at King Power Stadium including bungee trampolines, and inside the new Fanstore there will be a kids' zone set up next to the new Junior Range, featuring an activities table.
Local bands and singers will perform on the stage while families can get into the spirit of the day with face painters and balloon modellers also in attendance.
There will be plenty of fun football activities at the launch event such as a football darts competition, table football and a giant inflatable goal for penalty shootouts.
In addition to experiencing the incredible sights and sounds of the exciting new store, fans will have the opportunity to take part in coaching sessions with Leicester City legends and LCFC Community Trust staff throughout the day.
Supporters that have pre-ordered the new 2018/19 adidas home shirt on click and collect will be able to pick up their new shirt from 10am from Exhibition Hall 1, before the store officially opens at 11am.
Free activities will run right through to the store closing at 6pm.
