Inspire Coach

LCFC Community Trust is recruiting three Inspire Coaches to deliver, develop and evaluate all aspects of the ‘Inspire’ programme targeting KS3 and KS4 pupils within partnership secondary schools.

About The Company

Following a period of growth, LCFC Community Trust is recruiting 3 x Inspire Coaches to deliver, develop and evaluate all aspects of the ‘Inspire’ programme targeting KS3 and KS4 pupils within partnership secondary schools.

About The Role

Based at the King Power Stadium and partner schools, the key duties of this role include working with identified young people who require additional support within mainstream education, on the cusp of becoming disengaged, underachieving or vulnerable within school. We are looking for candidates who have a genuine interest in working with young people who may:

  • Be underachieving
  • Display challenging behaviour
  • Have special educational needs
  • Have poor attendance at school
  • Be in care
  • Find mainstream education difficult

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be;

  • Educated to degree level
  • Have experience of working with young people with challenging behaviour
  • Have experience working within an educational setting
  • Will be outstanding at engaging all young people and will have the ability to gain their respect quickly
  • Able to encourage, motivate and enthuse young people to participate
  • Ability to form strong and appropriate relationships, demonstrating excellent communication skills

Contract Type – 12 month Fixed Term
Hours Per Week – 37.5 hours
