Female Engagement Coach

LCFC Community Trust are looking expand their Inclusion team and recruit a suitably qualified and experienced Female Engagement Coach.

About The Company

Established in 1884, Leicester City Football Club is a leading Football Club, achieving outstanding success as Premier League champions in 2016. Following a period of growth, LCFC Community Trust are looking expand their Inclusion team and recruit a suitably qualified and experienced Female Engagement Coach. The Female Engagement Coach will support the Women & Girls Coordinator to deliver high quality female-only activities to women and girls across Leicester and Leicestershire.

About The Role

Based at King Power Stadium, the key duties of this role include Main activities include football activity sessions and motivational workshops to girls in both primary and secondary education settings, as well as, Skills Centres, holiday camps, and leadership programmes for females 7 to 18 years.

The successful candidate will also be required to support the delivery of new initiatives for female adults in community settings including leadership and volunteering opportunities, health awareness workshops, and low to moderate level physical activity such as Walking Football and Soccersize.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will;

  • Hold a FA Level 2 Award in Coaching Football
  • Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working with young people in both a school and community setting
  • Be able to form strong and appropriate relationships, demonstrating excellent communication skills
  • Be able to encourage, motivate and enthuse young people to participate

Contract Type – 12 month Fixed Term
Hours Per Week – 37.5
