Following a period of growth, Leicester City Football Club is recruiting a Sales Centre Representative to be at the forefront to drive a first class customer experience will our supporters by ensuring the smooth running of the Club’s ticketing operations.

About The Role

Based at the King Power Stadium the key duties of this role include undertaking the sale of match / season tickets and memberships both over the phone and face to face. Undertaking outbound telesales campaigns to enhance the service levels and revenue. Handling and reporting customer complaints as the first port of call, dealing with and escalating where necessary.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate to the highest level, listen, interpret and convey information in a clear and accurate manner. They will be able to provide timely delivery of information and have the ability to select the most appropriate method of communication. They will demonstrate honesty, integrity, reliability and the ability to ensure confidentiality at all times.

Contract Type – Permanent
Hours Per Week – 37.5
