Following a successful turnout last time around, Leicester City's much-loved Ambassador Alan 'The Birch' Birchenall will host his second Legends Tour of the year in October!
- Legends Tour confirmed for Thursday 18 October (tour starts 7:15pm BST)
- Foxes icon ‘The Birch’ to host
- Complimentary food served from 6pm BST, with cash bar available
- Tickets are priced at £30 for Adults and £15 for Under-18s*
This autumn, the Blue Army can see the inner workings of King Power Stadium in the company of a club icon. Legends Tours give fans a unique flavour of all the pre and post-match activity on Filbert Way – with added insight from former City playing stars.
Each Legends Tour begins in the reception area, before making its way to the players’ entrance, tunnel, home and away changing rooms, then concluding its journey pitch side.
New for 2018/19, supporters have the chance to partake in a Q&A session with Birch in the Leicester City media suite!
Before this October tour commences, all guests are invited to enjoy complimentary food and a cash bar from 6pm.
Throughout the tour, supporters will also have the chance to take photographs with Alan, serving as a timeless reminder of a memorable evening at King Power Stadium.
The Birch is a familiar face on matchdays at King Power Stadium, having served as Club Ambassador for over 30 years. He had previously made over 160 appearances for the Foxes between 1971 and 1977, scoring 12 goals.
In addition to his regular Club duties, Birch has raised over £1 million for local charities through his annual end of season run – a feat that has afforded him the Honorary Freedom of Leicester since 2009.
