About The Role

Based at Leicester City Training Ground, the key duties of this role include ensuring that the Club and identified players in the PDP have appropriate loan opportunities, and that whilst on loan a comprehensive support programme is in place for them from the host club and LCFC. The successful candidate will also be required to mentor and support LCFC players who are out on loan and develop effective relationships across the professional and non-league game.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar setting and have excellent technical and tactical knowledge of professional football as well as a good understanding of sports science and player analysis. They will require strong communication skills along with good IT and written skills including excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
