Chilwell, Evans & Gray In International Action

During a friendly in which the former Everton, Manchester United and current D.C. United striker, Wayne Rooney, won his 120th cap, Chilwell started at left back for Gareth Southgate’s men.
Following a debut from the bench at King Power Stadium in September, Chilwell's full debut came during a 0-0 draw in Croatia before playing a key role in last month’s 3-2 win in Spain.
His fourth cap ended in another victory as Jesse Lingard and Trent Alexander-Arnold struck in the first half, before Chilwell was replaced in the 57th minute by central midfielder Eric Dier.
Debutant Callum Wilson, currently at AFC Bournemouth, later added to England's tally with a smartly-taken effort from close range in the 77th minute to set up a 3-0 friendly win for the hosts.
Next up, the Three Lions, who are fifth in the official FIFA world rankings, host Croatia at Wembley on Sunday in their final UEFA Nations League Group A4 outing (2pm GMT kick-off).
Following a 3-2 win for Croatia over Spain on Thursday evening, however, Sunday's visit of England's FIFA World Cup Semi-Final opponents carries several permutations.
Spain top the group with six points, but have played all their fixtures, while England, in second, and last-placed Croatia are level on four points – separated by just goal difference.
As a result, a victory for Southgate's men on Sunday would see them finish as group winners, but a defeat or a score draw would result in them finishing bottom.
Elsewhere, Jonny Evans was awarded his 75th international cap for Northern Ireland in a 0-0 friendly draw with the Republic of Ireland at Aviva Stadium.
Michael O'Neill's side next entertain Austria at Windsor Park on Sunday in the UEFA Nations League (5pm GMT kick-off). They are currently third in Group B3 with no points after three matches.
Winger Demarai Gray, meanwhile, played for over an hour in the England Under-21s’ 2-1 success over Italy in Ferrara, as the Young Lions continue their preparations for the UEFA U21 Euros.
Liverpool’s Dominic Solanke scored in either half as Aidy Boothroyd’s side edged out a narrow victory, extending their unbeaten run to an incredible 21 matches.
Finally, on Wednesday, goalkeeper Daniel Iversen, on loan at Oldham Athletic, did not feature for Denmark’s Under-21s in a 4-1 friendly defeat by Spain.
