Following a period of growth, Leicester City Football Club is recruiting a Hospitality Assistant to provide support the Hospitality Account and Administration teams in overseeing a best in class hospitality.

About The Role

Based at King Power Stadium the key duties of this role includes assisting in the managing of all hospitality clients of LCFC, both seasonal and MBM, with an emphasis on those encompassing The 1884 Club. Updating and maintaining customer records for all allocated accounts and handling all correspondence between the sales department and customers. Playing a key role in the hospitality operation on match days. Proactively selling all available hospitality packages. Encouraging clients to purchase additional hospitality products such as more hospitality places, Cup fixtures and tickets/tables for events such as the End of Season Dinner.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be a customer service specialist with some sales experience from initial approach to completion. They will have a proven track record of achieving outstanding customer service and proven experience in building relationships. They will be able to communicate and negotiate at all levels, internally and externally. They will have the ability to be calm, composed and to thrive under pressure with resilience and the ability to maintain professionalism and a calm demeanour at all times.
