The popular Belgium international, on loan at Leicester City from AS Monaco, will join host Dan Bates and former defender Matt Elliott in the studio from approximately 2pm GMT.
In seven appearances for the Foxes, Tielemans has scored one goal and provided three assists, quickly becoming a favourite with the Blue Army.
As well as discussing his career so far, which included a competitive debut at the age of 16, the 21-year-old will also discuss his enjoyable stay at King Power Stadium so far.
Fans will also be given the opportunity to send in their questions for Tielemans using the hashtag #AskYouri on social media - with the best being asked on the show!
Matchday Minus Two is broadcast two days before every matchday - in this case, City's trip to face relegated Huddersfield Town on Saturday (3pm BST kick-off).
The half-hour show will provide a full preview of that clash, while also including highlights of Leicester's superb 2-0 win over AFC Bournemouth last weekend.
