City's No.9, who has already been nominated for the EA SPORTS Premier League Player of the Month prize, scored five top flight goals in April.
The 32-year-old forward first struck a brace of goals during a 4-1 victory at Huddersfield Town, before adding another effort in a 2-2 draw at West Ham United.
A brilliant double during last Sunday's 3-0 victory over Arsenal, meanwhile, completed an excellent month for the Club's all-time top Premier League goalscorer.
Vardy is now up to 18 goals scored during the 2018/19 campaign, just six behind his best-ever Premier League tally during City's 2015/16 title-winning season.
Voting closes at 8am BST on Monday 6 May, 2019 and Vardy is one of six nominees up for the prize, detailed below.
The nominees
Lucas Digne, Everton
