The versatile defender joined the Club on a five-year deal from boyhood club Luton Town, and cited a number of factors that convinced him to become a Fox.

Justin, 21, has played over 100 games for the Hatters since making his debut, gaining experience in League 2, League 1, the FA Cup, League Cup and Checkatrade Trophy.

“I’m over the moon,” Justin told LCFC TV. “It’s been a long time coming for myself to make to move to the Premier League, but I feel like I’m ready for that moment.

“It’s been pretty hectic, to be honest! I’ve just been trying to keep concentrated and do my off-season training and focus on doing that before I was thinking about anything else.”

Justin’s eagerness to work under Brendan Rodgers is borne from the Northern Irishman’s ability to further the careers of highly-talented youngsters.

He said: “Since Brendan [Rodgers] has come in, I could see the spark in the team. Also, it seems like a very young and enthusiastic team, and I’d definitely like to be a part of that.

“He’s great with the younger players and developing them through their careers. Everyone that I spoke to speaks very highly of Brendan and I hope he can do the same with me.”

The dynamic defender played a crucial part in Luton’s recent rise from League 2 to the Championship, making a combined 60 appearances across their two promotion seasons in 2017/18 and 2018/19.

“It was unbelievable,” said Justin. “It’s my hometown club and it’s what I’ve been dreaming of since I was young.

“For it to be true and to be playing for my hometown crowd, it was special for me, and I’m just happy that I left them in a good place.”

Justin’s aim now is to improve himself both on and off the pitch after joining the Club during what is set to be an exciting era, following the announcement of a new training ground and King Power Stadium expansion.

He added: “The training ground is obviously one of the key reasons why I’m here – to not only work on myself as a player, but as a person as well.”
