After two intense sessions on Monday, temperatures were slightly cooler during Leicester City’s second day of pre-season training in Évian-les-Bains, but the Club’s stars continued to work at an impressive rate.

- Brendan Rodgers’ men complete two more training sessions in south-east France
- Youri Tielemans trained for the first time after completing his move from AS Monaco on Monday
- Danny Ward provided an insight into how City’s goalkeepers have fared out in Évian

In the morning, overcast conditions with a welcome breeze provided relief from the direct sun that shone down in the French Alps throughout City’s two outings a day earlier.

Youri Tielemans, who arrived at the team hotel on Monday night, joined his team-mates in training for the first time, and was put through a series of fitness tests in Tuesday’s first session before being introduced into the group activity in the afternoon.

Speaking to LCFC TV about the Foxes’ second day, goalkeeper Danny Ward said: "It’s been tough, but really good. I had it last year in Austria where I was a new player coming in. It was my first time in and around the lads and it helped me bed in really well.

"We’ve got two or three new boys now and it’s brilliant for them. Also, the climate and the humidity and the heat makes it good to get some work in."

On Wednesday, City will take part in a morning session before enjoying some downtime in the area surrounding Lake Geneva after lunch.
