- Leicester City take part a gym and pool session on day four in France on Thursday
- The Foxes have been in Évian-les-Bains since Sunday as part of their pre-season schedule
- City head back to Saturday before facing Scunthorpe United three days later

With five training sessions under their belts, including a first exposure to an 11-a-side game on Wednesday, the Foxes’ pre-season preparations continued away from the pitches on Thursday.

In the gym, City focused on upper-body strength work and core exercises, while a pool session allowed them to stretch and utilise the thalassotherapy facilities at the hotel.

Speaking to LCFC TV, James Justin said of City's training this week: "From the get-go, the sessions have been as intense as you can think, really. It’s definitely a big adaption period for me.

"The sessions weren’t as intense [before] and I’ve definitely coped with it well so far. Hopefully, I can just keep getting better."

The focus for the Foxes now will be their first fixture of their pre-season schedule, as they head to Glanford Park to face Scunthorpe United on Tuesday 16 July (7:30pm BST kick-off) – a clash that will be broadcast live and free on LCFC TV.

For now, City will continue their work out in Évian, as they make a return to the training pitches on Friday morning.
