The visit of the Clarets is the closest home fixture to the anniversary of the accident that claimed the lives of five people last year, including the beloved Khun Vichai.

Ahead of the game, a number of fans are expected to join the supporter-led Walk for Vichai, which will begin at Magazine Square from 12:15pm, before moving through Eastern BoulevardUpperton Road, and Raw Dykes Road. Closures will be operation at the junction between Walnut Street and Upperton Road between 1pm and 2pm.

The walk will conclude in Car Park E, where supporters who wish to leave floral tributes are invited to visit the designated tribute area. All floral tributes will later be composted and used to support the growth and development of the new planting scheme in the Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha Memorial Garden, which opens on 27 October.

Complimentary tribute scarves will be on seats inside King Power Stadium, while there will also be a crowd surfing flag in the East Stand before a period of silence is observed ahead of kick-off.

As a result, Leicester City fans are encouraged to be in their seats by 2:45pm to ensure the occasion is marked in front of a full stadium.

Supporters are also advised of a road closure in effect at the junction of Anstey Lane and Blackbird Road.
