Since then, he’s been expanding his experience within the Barça Academy structure, first as a coach and then as a Local Project Director in Sydney, where he encountered his passion for coach development.
Helping the coaches to enhance players’ learning and development has become his main role at the club now, as he got to be part of the Methodology Area of the club.
Jordi has a Bachelor Science Degree in Physical Education and as well in Sports Science. He has complemented his education with two Masters in High Performance Training in Collective Sports and his UEFA A license.
