A Physiotherapist by background, Eamonn worked in the UK, Middle East, Canada and Gibraltar before landing his first position in professional football with Plymouth Argyle FC.

A move to Manchester City Football Club followed working as head of department alongside Peter Reid, Brian Horton and the late Alan Ball. Thereafter, Eamonn established his own private practice where he worked for over 20 years before retiring from the profession.

Eamonn is the founder and CEO of the Football Medicine & Performance Association (FMPA), an established entity in professional football sitting alongside the Professional Footballers Association (PFA) and the League Managers Association(LMA).
