Educated at the University of Suffolk, James completed his BSc degree in Sport and Exercise Science before being appointed as the first ever Academy Analyst at Ipswich Town in 2012.
Here he developed the analysis infrastructure at the club before moving to Arsenal in 2015. Having experience working with players across different phases, James now oversees all the analysis processes within the academy and plays a key role in driving the performance analytics programme forward.
