The Club's Under-23s went into the weekend sat second in Premier League 2 Division 1, three points behind leaders Chelsea, with five games still to play in the 2019/20 season.
After winning three of their last five games, the Foxes are continuing to challenge at the summit, while the Saints are 11th in the 12-team standings.
For the clash at Southampton's Staplewood Training Ground, Scowcroft will join commentator Chris Parrott live from 6:45pm, following Extra-Time on LCFC Radio.
Fans can tune into the action for free on LCFC TV, with full match coverage following a 15-minute preview show, which will include an interview with in-form striker George Hirst.
