The 21-year-old midfielder, who followed a first team debut for Leicester City by joining the Seasiders on loan in January, opened his account in the third tier at Wycombe Wanderers two months ago.
Following a further strike in a 2-1 success over Bolton Wanderers last Tuesday, Dewsbury-Hall's early curling effort from the edge of the box got Blackpool off to a flying start at Bloomfield Road on Saturday.
Freddie Sears equalised for the Tractor Boys shortly after the interval, but Blackpool, under the caretaker management of David Dunn, sealed victory in the 90th minute through Joe Nuttall's effort.
It's a result which leaves the Tangerines, formerly managed by ex-City midfielder Simon Grayson, sat in 13th place in League 1, three points behind Burton Albion, following consecutive wins.
Elsewhere, Daniel Iversen, who signed a new five-and-a-half-year contract with the Foxes last week, continued his impressive form for Rotherham United in a 1-1 draw with MK Dons.

Meanwhile, in France, Islam Slimani started as AS Monaco also drew 1-1 with Reims, as Hassane Kamara's strike on 58 minutes equalised Wissam Ben Yedder's first-half penalty at Stade Louis II.
It's a result which means Robert Moreno's men are sixth in Ligue 1, despite starting the campaign in the lower reaches of French football's top tier. Adrien Silva, on the other hand, did not feature for Monaco.
Also in France, Fousseni Diabaté played for 75 minutes in a frustrating 1-0 home defeat for Amiens to Metz at Stade de la Licorne on Saturday, with Farid Boulaya scoring the only goal of the game.
Following that defeat, Amiens, without a win since December in all competitions, are currently 19th in the Ligue 1 table, five points adrift of Nîmes, ahead of travelling to Marseille on Friday.
