Former Leicester City player and coach Chris Powell will join the City On The Sofa panel for Sunday’s AFC Bournemouth show on LCFC TV.

- Powell ended his career with the Foxes, making 22 appearances between 2008 and 2010

The former Fox, who made his 750th career appearance as a Leicester player, will star on the show from 6pm on LCFC.com and LCFC social media channels.

Powell made a total of 22 appearances for City at the end of his playing career, whilst also serving as a coach under Nigel Pearson, Paulo Sousa and Sven Göran-Eriksson.

The former defender even had one game as City’s joint-caretaker manager in 2010, alongside Mike Stowell, in a 3-1 success over Scunthorpe United before Eriksson's appointment.

Powell is now a member of Gareth Southgate's England coaching team.

City On The Sofa returns on Sunday with all the build up to City's behind-closed-doors Premier League clash against Bournemouth at Vitality Stadium (7pm kick-off).

Powell will join fellow former Leicester defenders Steve Walsh and Gerry Taggart, alongside presenter Dan Bates on LCFC TV, which will remain on air throughout Sunday’s clash on LCFC.com, before returning to social media at full-time.

Foxes fans are also able to listen to the game live, and for free, on LCFC Radio, with Dean Hammond on commentary duties alongside James Fielden. Coverage will be available in the Match Centre from 6:50pm.
