The Foxes, who beat Burnley and Reading before the competition was suspended in 2019/20 due to COVID-19, welcome Man City to Quorn in the last-eight this weekend.
Coming up against two-time winners Man City, regular candidates for the title in the Women's Super League, is a challenge which has created a buzz in training, Devlin says.
"We're so excited, obviously it's Man City, a big club and we're ready for the challenge," she told LCFC TV earlier this week.
"We train as we play, that's our philosophy as a club. So, obviously, we're training hard, it's competitive, and hopefully we can show that on Sunday."
City enjoyed a comprehensive victory over Blackburn Rovers on the first day of the FA Women's Championship campaign, before drawing with Sheffield United.
Devlin, who scored Leicester's first goal of 2020/21, is optimistic about Leicester's chances this term as the squad continue to gel together after a host of new arrivals joined the Club this summer.
"I think there's positives to take and there's negatives, but obviously we're focusing on the positives," the former Manchester United star continued.
"It's a new group, so it is going to take us time to get used to how each other play.
"But with the experience and the talent that we have in our team, I think we'll be fine and we've just got to take each game as it comes."
Devlin opened her account during the success over Blackburn earlier this month and is keen to add to that tally, while she also discussed playing at home, even without supporters.
"I love scoring, it's in my blood," she added. "[I'll do] anything to help the team win, as long as we get the three points, that's all that matters, really.
"We know how we play at Quorn, it's our home game, we've played a lot of games there, so hopefully we can use that to our advantage."
