Leicester City visit Elland Road to face Leeds United on Monday evening in the Club's return to Premier League action.

Following a 1-0 victory at Arsenal last weekend, the Foxes continued their winning start to the UEFA Europa League campaign, beating AEK Athens 2-1.

Leeds also put three points on the board last time out, defeating the previously unbeaten Aston Villa 3-0 at Villa Park, thanks to a second-half hat-trick from Patrick Bamford.

Ahead of Monday's clash in Yorkshire (8pm GMT kick-off), four key figures from both camps have discussed some of the pre-game talking points...

Foxes manager Brendan Rodgers has spoken about the qualities Leeds United possess.

Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers told the media: "I know, having taken Swansea up, the challenges that you have as a newly-promoted team. It’s certainly not a mistake I’ll make in terms of approaching them like a newly-promoted team. I felt when we got promoted at Swansea, it was deemed we were just a team coming out the Championship and it wasn’t until after games that teams realised the level of our game. It’s one where you can see the level they play and the quality they have, you see the focus in the game, the mobility, the rotation in the team, so they’re playing at a really, really high level. For us, of course, we need to be really concentrated, but we also know there’s going to be a lot of space in the game for us and we’ve got players we hope that can exploit that."

Marcelo Bielsa's spoke about Leicester's threats in his pre-match press conference.

Marcelo Bielsa, who guided Leeds to promotion from the Championship, commented on Monday night's fixture: "If we had played at the weekend we would have been fine as well. The fact that we’ve had more days to prepare for this game means we’ll have less games to prepare for Crystal Palace. You get one thing, but it goes against you the next time. Of course, we take into account all the characteristics of the opponent's attackers, but there won’t be any particular change with that in mind. It’s very important as the Academy helps out and contributes a large number of players to the first team. In the case of [Jamie] Shackleton, he has played in the first team before and every time he has played with personality and has done a good job."

Iheanacho scored when the two sides last met in the Carabao Cup in October 2017.

Foxes forward Kelechi Iheanacho sat down with LCFC TV last week: "They (Leeds) are back stronger now and they've been doing well and having a good run in the Premier League. I think it will be a good test for us and hopefully we can get the points that we need. I've been watching a little bit of their matches and they've been brilliant since coming into the Premier League. They've been on a good run and they are quite strong as well so I think we just need to keep doing what we are doing. We've been doing well ourselves and we've had a good away record so we just need to keep that and the good run and keep a clean sheet."

The Poland midfielder has scored twice in the Premier League so far this season.

Leeds midfielder Mateusz Klich speaking to leedsunited.com ahead of the game: "I think it will be a very similar game to the Wolves game. I watched Leicester versus Arsenal, they had three centre-halves and played on the counter-attack. We have to do better this time and score goals. Against Wolves, everything was fine but we missed chances and lost the game in the end, so we need to improve on that. In my opinion, you need to score goals to win games, but it’s also important to have a clean sheet and stop your opponent from scoring goals. It’s essential to winning the game for us, to defend as a team."
