The game against the Bees at Brentford Community Stadium will be broadcast live on BT Sport.
Goals from James Justin, Marc Albrighton, Ayoze Pérez and Harvey Barnes secured a 4-0 win for the Foxes over Stoke City in the third round to set up a clash with Thomas Frank’s side.
The winners of the tie will face a home encounter against either Brighton & Hove Albion or Blackpool in the fifth round.
