- LCFC are designating Sunday’s fixture at home to Arsenal to the Football v Homophobia campaign

City’s No.1 has donated the armband to the group ahead of Sunday's Premier League game against Arsenal, with the fixture dedicated to the Football v Homophobia campaign.

The Football v Homophobia initiative exists to challenge discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity and expression at all levels of football.

Foxes Pride - who have over 200 members - were formed in 2015 to work with LCFC to tackle homophobia, biphobia, and transphobia in football, while promoting the welfare of its LGBTQ+ fans and ensuring that King Power Stadium is a safe environment.

Further support was shown to Foxes Pride during the Rainbow Laces campaign earlier this season when LCFC duo James Justin and Sophie Howard joined group members on a Zoom call to find out more about them and what it is like to be an LGBTQ+ football fan.
