The young Foxes will be hopeful of building on last week's 1-1 draw with Brighton & Hove Albion Under-23s in Seagrave which brought to an end a four-game losing streak in Premier League 2.
City's youngsters are positioned in 11th place in the Division 1 standings and face a Blues outfit in seventh after both sides fought for the title last term, which was eventually won by the west Londoners.
Speaking after last week's draw with Brighton, goalscorer Kasey McAteer said: "We come away with a 1-1 and I think it's a fair result. If we had got the three points, we’d be much happier.
"But obviously we've got a point, we're not coming away with a loss, that’s the main thing, so we've definitely improved."
