Leicester City are looking for a Housekeeping Team Leader to work across King Power Stadium and the Club's training ground on Belvoir Drive.

About the role 

Working across King Power Stadium and the Club's training ground on Belvoir Drive, the Housekeeping Team Leader will support the stadium’s Housekeeping Manager in the planning, organising and development of the housekeeping operation, ensuring the highest degree of cleaning standards and customer care is delivered at all times.

The housekeeping team are constantly striving to deliver a world class experience to all its customers and users of our facilities. This role is integral to creating an experience that is beyond expectation, demonstrating a hands-on approach to drive high class standards while supporting the Housekeeping Manager with duties such as purchasing, maintaining stock levels and reducing waste.

 

Who we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will have significant housekeeping experience and will be able to demonstrate their supervisory experience.

Working as one team is central to who we are, we’re looking for somebody who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and work alongside the housekeeping team, but at the same time is organised and proactive in their contribution to developing the team.

The successful candidate will have the flexibility to support our varied operations each week – our corporate offices are within King Power Stadium in addition to the hosting of matchdays and events - while possessing the energy, drive and resilience to hold themselves and others to high standards.
