Leicester City's Under-18s were reduced to 10 men but still sealed a 1-1 draw with West Ham United Under-18s at LCFC Training Ground on Saturday.

Following a superb 5-1 triumph over Aston Villa Under-18s last time out, the young Foxes went into their penultimate fixture of the 2020/21 season in a confident mood.

They were ahead after just seven minutes in Seagrave, too, as Will Russ latched onto Terell Pennant's pass to beat Kristjan Hegyi in the Hammers' net. After good work from Remy Coddington for the visitors, though, George Earthy got West Ham's youngsters back on level terms on 25 minutes.

A potentially decisive moment arrived with five minutes to go until the break as Freddie Cook was dismissed for City's Under-18s, but the hosts held on to secure an important point which keeps them 12th in the U18 Premier League South standings, two clear of Southampton.

The young Foxes will be looking to end their 2020/21 campaign on a high note when fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur visit LCFC Training Ground on Friday 14 May (1pm BST kick-off).
