LCFC Women’s Jonathan Morgan has been named the FA Women’s Championship LMA Manager of the Year for 2020/21.

- Jonathan Morgan has won the 2020/21 FA Women’s Championship LMA Manager of the Year award
- The LCFC Women manager oversaw a memorable first season as a full-time, professional outfit for the Club
- The Foxes lifted the FA Women’s Championship trophy to earn promotion into the top division of women’s football
- Leicester also made it to the semi-finals of the League Cup and are currently in the last-eight of the FA Cup

Morgan guided the Foxes to the FA Women's Championship title for the first time in the Club’s history, securing promotion to the Barclays FA Women’s Super League.

City amassed 50 points from 20 league fixtures on their way to lifting the trophy, including 16 wins and a total of 54 goals scored during their first season as a professional outfit.

The champions embarked on a 12-game winning streak in the league – a Championship record – before celebrating promotion with their first-ever fixture at King Power Stadium.

Also reaching the Continental Tyres League Cup Semi-Finals and now into the Vitality Women’s FA Cup Quarter-Finals, which will take place next season, it has been a year to remember for the Club.

Morgan was virtually presented with his award on Monday evening as part of the LMA Annual Awards programme.
