Injuries and suspensions have limited availability within the squad across recent weeks, a theme running throughout the season - the Foxes' first in the Barclays FA Women's Super League.

However, speaking a day after City's top-flight status was secured for 2022/23, the manager confirmed some positive news on the injury front ahead of facing the Lilywhites in the final game of the campaign, a 12pm kick-off at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday.

Apart from a few long-term injuries, with the likes of Lachante Paul, Hannah Cain and Jess Sigsworth remaining out of contention until next season, several members of the squad are in line to return, providing plenty of competition for places.

“Yeah, I'm really pleasing going into this weekend," the 35-year-old told the media via video link. "I think we’ve got more players to pick from than we can put in the squad, so that's a good start for us on Sunday. I'm really pleased to have lots of them back.
