Wesley Fofana has no doubts about what is required from Leicester City's players over the final four fixtures of the Premier League season.

- Leicester City host Norwich City at King Power Stadium on Wednesday (7:45pm BST kick-off)
- Centre-back Wesley Fofana has previewed that encounter with the Canaries with LCFC TV
- The young Frenchman is determined to end the season with a positive run of form
- He also discusses the challenge which Norwich are likely to pose on Filbert Way

A 1-0 loss at AS Roma last week ended the Club's UEFA Europa Conference League campaign at the semi-finals stage, before the Foxes also fell to defeat on their return to domestic duties at the weekend. Everton left King Power Stadium with a 2-1 success on Sunday afternoon.

Fofana, though, says now is the time for City to show their mettle and conclude the 2021/22 campaign in a positive fashion. After hosting Norwich City on Filbert Way this Wednesday, Leicester tackle Watford (A), Chelsea (A) and Southampton (H) as another top flight season reaches its conclusion.

"It was certainly a huge disappointment for the whole team," Fofana told LCFC TV after Sunday's reverse.

We are the ones on the pitch, so we’re the ones who can make [the fans] happy. We have to be competitive. We have four games, it’s almost four finals for us. We will do our utmost to win all of those games.

"We wanted to get a result after the disappointing defeat in Rome. Now we need to move on, we need to move forward and we must get a win to give a smile back to everybody. It’s all about respecting the Club, the badge that we wear.

"That really drives us forward. We know all the fans have always been behind us. We are the ones on the pitch, so we’re the ones who can make them happy. We have to be competitive. We have four games, it’s almost four finals for us. We will do our utmost to win all of those games."

City will be taking on a Norwich side who have been relegated to Sky Bet Championship, but that will have no impact on the way they prepare for the challenge, Fofana believes.

"To us, it’s the same, whether we’re playing a team who is relegated or a team who is fighting for the title," the Frenchman added.

"It’s exactly the same, we don’t care what they want to do, or what they’re going to try to do. We just want to give a good image of the team, to give the smile back to the fans and regain that confidence. We will do everything to win the game.

"The expectations are quite clear. We need a win to get the three points. We want to play the beautiful game. We are in front of our home fans and we’ll do everything we can to win the game because it really matters, it’s really important to us."
