Timothy Castagne and Youri Tielemans both played for Belgium as they narrowly lost 1-0 at neighbours the Netherlands on Sunday.

- Timothy Castagne starts for Belgium in their 1-0 loss to the Netherlands
- Team-mate Youri Tielemans appears as a second-half substitute in Amsterdam
- Danny Ward unused from the bench in Wales' 1-0 loss to Poland in Cardiff

Castagne was included in the starting XI for the UEFA Nations League fixture at the Johan Cruyff Arena in Amsterdam, Tielemans beginning the game as a substitute, as the Red Devils looked to build on their 2-1 win over Wales on Thursday.

The Foxes full-back was cautioned early in the game, with the decisive moment in a tight contest coming inside the final quarter, when home defender Virgil van Dijk met Cody Gakpo's corner to earn the points for the Netherlands.

Chasing the game, City midfielder Tielemans was introduced moments after the concession, with Castagne's evening coming to an end in the 82nd minute when he was replaced by Dodi Lukebakio.

The tight victory ensures the Netherlands qualify for the Nations League finals, six points clear of Belgium who finished second in Group F.

Youri Tielemans and Timothy Castagne arrive with the Belgium squad for the fixture in Amsterdam.

In the same group, Danny Ward was named as a substitute for Wales, who lost 1-0 at home to Poland. The result means that Robert Page's team are relegated from the top tier of the UEFA Nations League.

Another closely-fought fixture, Karol Swiderski scored the only goal of the game just ahead of the hour mark after latching onto Robert Lewandowski's intelligent flick.
