Leicester City’s Under-18s suffered their first Premier League U18 South defeat of the season on Saturday, falling to a 4-3 reverse in the capital.

The young Foxes headed to Motspur Park having picked up four points from their opening two league matches of the new 2023/24 campaign.

Inside two minutes in London, City were in front through Kirsten Otchere, but it wasn’t long before Ma'kel Bogle-Campbell and Tom Olyott overturned that lead before half-time.

Leicester’s youngsters kept battling, however, with Reece Evans and then Will Lawrence scoring either side of another Fulham goal from Olyott to make it 3-3.

Heartbreak was just around the corner, though, as Olyott completed his hat-trick in the 88th minute to seal all three points for the Cottagers.

Crystal Palace is next up at home for the young Foxes on Saturday (11am BST kick-off). The side coached by Adam Barradell are currently seventh in PL U18 South.
