The 24-year-old moved to Filbert Way from Lille in July 2021, and helped the Club to victory in the FA Community Shield Final over Manchester City in August 2021.
He has made 59 appearances for the Foxes and will now spend the 2023/24 campaign at the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium.
The Spanish outfit are next in league action on Sunday 3 September when they travel to Atlético Madrid.
