- Leicester City travel to Swansea City for Saturday’s Sky Bet Championship return
- Enzo Maresca revealed no new injury concerns ahead of the 3pm kick-off
- Callum Doyle, Dennis Praet, Kasey McAteer and Tom Cannon remain out of action
Eight Foxes returned from international duty this week, with focus turning to facing Swansea City at Swansea.com Stadium on Saturday afternoon (3pm kick-off).
Leicester have been without the likes of Callum Doyle, Dennis Praet, Kasey McAteer and Tom Cannon in recent weeks, and Maresca was able to provide an update on several of the current absentees.
Belgium international Praet has remained out of contention since August, while McAteer picked up an injury during the win at Blackburn Rovers at the start of the month. September signing Cannon is waiting to make his Leicester debut, meanwhile.
“Kasey [McAteer] and Tom [Cannon] are already on the pitch but not with us,” Maresca revealed to the media in his pre-match press conference. “It’s nice to see them out there. Dennis [Praet] is not yet on the pitch.”
The rest of the squad, however, remain fit and ready for action in south Wales, as the Foxes look to continue a run of six straight league victories.
“No, there’s no injuries,” the Italian added. “Fortunately, we have no injuries. All of them are fit and ready for tomorrow.”
