Victor Kristiansen played throughout a 1-0 win for Bologna who continue to push for UEFA Champions League football while six other Foxes featured away from their parent club.

Danish full-back Kristiansen is enjoying a successful season on loan with Bologna who currently sit fourth in Serie A, taking their tally up to 54 points with a 1-0 win over Empoli last time out; Giovanni Fabbian scoring an injury-time winner.

The Italian club sit one space above AS Roma in the last available Champions League spot, and now prepare for a fixture against bottom-placed Salernitana.

Midfielder Boubakary Soumaré has featured twice in recent weeks for Sevilla, playing 90 minutes in a 2-2 draw with Almeria in which Dodi Lukébakio and Lucas Ocampos found the net before falling to a 2-1 reverse against Celta Vigo.

Mansfield Town beat Bradford City 5-1 away from home and defender Lewis Brunt played a big part in the Sky Bet League Two meeting, in which the visitors found themselves 4-0 up after just 18 minutes, in their title-chasing campaign. Now four points clear at the summit, Mansfield head home to face Colchester on Saturday afternoon (12:30pm kick-off).

Paul Appiah's Maidstone United are also chasing promotion themselves from National League South, and aided their push with a recent 2-0 win over Dartford to remain in the play-off zone. Appiah played the full game as they now look to Weston-super-Mare on Saturday.

Boubakary Soumaré has played 20 times for Sevilla this season.

Luke Thomas remained an unused substitute in both of Middlesbrough's last two games - a 1-0 win over Birmingham City, before a goalless stalemate against Blackburn Rovers on home turf.

The final two Foxes to have featured on loan are Zach Booth, who started and played 76 minutes in a 4-0 loss for FC Volendam against AZ Alkmaar in Eredivisie and Nathan Opoku, who came off the bench in a tight 1-0 win for OH Leuven against Mechelen; Nachon Nsingi scoring a late winner in the Jupiler Pro League in Belgium.
