Those who have been elected as the lucky winners should email lcfcfoxesfoundation@lcfc.co.uk by 5pm on Thursday 15 May, quoting the ticket reference number and a day time contact telephone number to arrange collection of your prize.
Winners will also be required to produce the ticket on collection. Any prizes not claimed by 15 May will be re-entered into the LCFC Foxes Foundation prize bank for future fundraising.
