Babington Community College have been in for their second Literacy and Numeracy Catch Up at King Power Stadium.
Nearly 50 Year 7 pupils from the college enjoyed a week of educational activities with Leicester City Football Club which amongst other things included; a Stadium Tour, a Kick it Out workshop, a visit and lesson delivered from our very own Training Ground as well as practical sessions delivered by our Trust’s coaches.

To cap off a productive week, all those in attendance enjoyed The Foxes visit from Sheffield Wednesday to the King Power Stadium.

These sessions have been designed around improving students in Key Stages 2, 3 & 4 attainment and attitude to learning in both Literacy and Numeracy.

Usually conducted over an intensive week but can be adapted, these sessions are designed around the school to develop levels of attainment with identified underachieving pupils.
