You could be among those to follow in the footsteps of our current students, who are well on their way to gaining a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Sport and additional valuable qualifications to include FA Coaching Awards – all of which allow access to University and employment in the sport & leisure industry while representing LCFC.
Ambassador Leicester City defender and LCFC in the Community Ambassador Liam Moore said: “Futsal is a great development tool for young players as the game is fast paced and very technical, which can be transferred to 11v11 football.
“The Futsal programme is a great way for school leavers to be part of a professional football club and compete against other pro clubs while gaining a qualification that is recognised by universities.”
First year student Jack Harrison added: “The reason I like the course is because I like being in a professional environment, I like working in a team and representing Leicester City Football Club.
“The Education part of the course is fantastic as it’s based at King Power Stadium, which is inspiring. After the course I am hoping to progress onto University and become a professional football coach.”
The course is open to current Year 11 & 12 Male students who wish to be part of an exciting and unique two year Education Programme.
