Leicester City Academy forward Layton Ndukwu put in another good shift for England Under-17s after finding the back of the net for his nation last week.

The striker had already scored a hat-trick in late October for the young Lions against Cyprus in a 4-1 European Championship qualifying stages victory.
Ndukwu was again on the score sheet on Sunday 30 November, this time in the Nike International Tournament in a 2-2 draw against Brazil in Sarasota.
Having already played in the 3-1 loss to the USA on Friday 28 November, the youngster scored the first against the Brazilians, before the opposition took a 2-1 lead, only for Liverpool’s Adam Phillips to score an injury-time equaliser.
While Nduwku was an unused substitute in England’s 2-1 win over Australia on Tuesday, the skilful forward will certainly have enjoyed the experience, and will again look to make an impact on the international scene in the coming months.
