VACANCY: CRM Marketing Executive

Leicester City Football Club is looking to recruit a forward thinking, customer focused and commercially minded CRM Marketing Executive as part of its continuing investment and development strategy.
The successful candidate will possess a relevant higher education qualification with at least one years’ proven experience working in a marketing role/environment, experience of working with a CRM Solution and multiple customer databases (business and consumer) and knowledge of CRM strategies. 

Experience of using Google Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related systems is desirable, but not essential. A flexible approach to work and working hours, advanced IT skills including Excel and PowerPoint and proven experience of conducting customer research projects are essential. 

Key responsibilities of this demanding and varied role include: 

- To help develop a supporter/customer acquisition strategy, including communications, journey and lifecycle plans. 

- To develop and maintain the Clubs CRM/MIS’s and be responsible for maximising data collection at all customer touch-points. 

- To deliver analysis services/projects and present findings to stakeholders with recommendations and supporting materials. 

- To help develop and implement a consumer and corporate communications and sales strategy. 

- To help design and implement a multi-channel customer/supporter research strategy, including quantitative and qualitative research methods, such as surveys and focus groups, produce reports, and clearly present detailed findings and recommendations.
